I have to agree with other reviews- Bruce's knowledge of the area and easy- going nature really make the tour enjoyable. We enjoyed the samplings of food along the route. It was just the right amount of time to walk around_ just under 2 hours. Our group was small so we loved it when he stopped to chat with people... More

Our tour guide, Bruce, was delightful, professional and knowledgeable. He started on time. The tour was well organized, informative and fun as Bruce welcomed and entertained us. He stopped periodically along the way to tell us tidbits about New York's Greenwich Village. A lifelong New Yorker and an avid foodie, Bruce proved to be a great guide. The food along... More

I was tempted by the special offer of $27 instead of $55 per person. I don't think it was good value at all. Bruce was a very charming and personable host, but I think a group of > 20 is too big. The food we got was very nice, but was probably worth $7 and a number of people on... More

Bruce met us on time and we were with two other groups. He was very informative and pointed out the history and important landmarks along the way. The only complaint is that I was still hungry after the tour. portions are small and that is why I call it a tasting tour. You get one slice of pizza, provolone, small... More

My husband and I enjoyed the Brooklyn Bridge Tour. It is a WALKING tour. Bruce was our tour guide and he was gentle, informative and willing to answer all questions. We met up and walked passes NYC city hall and then we crossed the bridge. We stopped and he pointed out the view, certain building and gave information about NYC... More

Our tour started on the front of the Tweed Courthouse at 11.00am. We were still standing there nearly 40 minutes later as our guide went on and on with the history etc. We stopped in the middle of the bridge and again she went on and on. The group was also too large - 21 people, would have been 23... More

We had a fabulous time with tour guide Bruce. A native New Yorker, he was warm, knowledgeable, and very pleasant company. The food was authentic, portions were generous (literally couldn't finish some of it even though it was yummy), and the tour itself was intimate and enjoyable. We passed other groups that seemed much more of a "herd." We can't... More

First Tour 2 hours: Manhattan Art Tour (in the rain!) - this was nothing like I was expecting and a lot more interesting! Mark walked our group of 17 around SOHO, Nolita, Little Italy and on the edge of Chinatown pointing out street art and the different between graffiti and vandalism. Most famous street aritsts started out on the street,... More

Although it started out a few minutes late, it quickly took on the flavor and friendliness I hoped for. We ate awesome sampling a of NYC. Magic cookie, bagel, samosa and the best pizza in the world. The trip did exactly what I had hoped for. My friend and I had time to visit and mat the same time see... More

Bruce was fun, informative, and entertaining. We enjoyed our wonderful food tour full of interesting stories about the neighborhood and various historical buildings. We started at a pizza place where the pizza was hot, delicious, and fresh. Great choice. Then, we ventured through Little Italy, chatting the whole time about the New York neighborhoods before stopping at an Italian deli.... More
