This is the bar of the Hudson hotel... If you are easy to impress you will like the decor/atmosphere. For the rest, I have meet the unhappiest waitress ever, guys, seriously if you're not happy the door is open ! For was average, drinks average as well, they have what they call a rooftop (really?).... On the top, waiters asked... More

Nothing in this hotel could charm me.. Poor service and too much noise everywhere. And they don't even mind

First we had to wait in the freezing rain because the owner has to give the OK to let ppl in when he is ready per the bouncer!! the club is the size of a VFW hall!! tiny as hell! a bunch of kids are there (as they study their fake id's on the line) too funny..The bouncers are idiots... More

2 drinks, 4 shots = over $100 It's all about who you are with, not where you are. Can't imagine why people hang out here. Music is loud, can't talk. A friend in our party was told there was a dress code. She was dressed JUST LIKE US. her sandels cost more than our bar tab, so we don't know... More

We were recommended this bar and sat at the bar. The bar staff didn't engage at all. The drinks were more than average. In fact after the first round we weren't approached for another. We received better service from a diner the night before. The staff were disinterested. This is clearly a management issue and meed to change to give... More

This is the story of my first time in NY and I have selected very carefully all the venues I wanted to go! Hudson Bar was my first time out ever in NY and it was absolutely remarkable! Despite of the bad reviews I have to admit that from a man coming from overseas my experience was amazing and unforgettable!... More

How can quality tumble so fast. We always go to Hudson, when we come to NYC. It's a sort of ritual. That will have to stop. Grumpy service on entry. The cocktail guy was OK with my Mojito, but couldn't make a Strawberry Daiquiri, wouldn't make a daiquiri with anything else, and wasn't willing to suggest other cocktails. So we... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
