Shopping at Lord and Taylor was hectic and lovely at the same time. Lots and lots of items to go through. Lovely sale items. Had a chance to pick up a summer bag and lingeries at good prices.

I cant say nothing bad about this store. Customer service is amazing ( big thanks to Jaqueline at Karl Lagerfeld section!!!) They have every brand, which you are looking for. And for amazing prices - totally must see in New York city.

Worst L&T ever!! I wanted to buy a couple pair of shoes. But, the sales people in the shoe department were so rude. I was waiting for the shoes to try on and waited for 15min. She did not even give me the right shoes...More

Love Lord & Taylor so much more than Macys. Store has a better layout and had more than adequate staff. Much more pleasant to shop here than at Macy's.

L&T was not staffed appropriately to handle all of the customers. Trying on and then buying shoes was challenging. Staff was not friendly and acted like they were doing you a favor serving you.

Wonderful fancy department store on 5th avenue. You can find everything and many brands here. If you get tired of the browsing and the shopping you can rest in the clean and spacious launch. Many expensive items - but some sales as well.

A mini David Jones with a glorious selection of shoes and ball dresses. Most of the staff are professional but some still let the beautiful department store down.
