So disappointed in this tour. We had a really nice French lady named Helene as our guide, but she was not a great guide. She didn't have a microphone and tended to talk facing the thing she was talking about rather than the large group...More

This village walk was amazing. Our guide was so informative and did an excellent job of explaining the beginning of the village to the present. I was most impressed with how clean the village is. Since I worked on Stanton Island more than 50 years,...More

The walking tour of the village was amazing. So much history, (beats and hippies, big influence on my life), all in one place. Our guide Allie was brilliant, her genuine love of the village was obvious and her knowledge of the village was amazing. There...More

Really enjoyed our tour of the Village with Allie. Informative, whacky and fun! So much to see, made very interesting by Allie who added 'living' information about how life has been in this area for the different generations. Well worth booking this enjoyable tour which...More

We loved Evan's energy, humor, knowledge and his socially conscious perspective. He also had great recommendations for broadway discounts and fine restaurants. We will never just walk unknowingly through the village again without appreciating its history in jazz, the arts, civil rights and the labor...More

Greenwich Village
Commonly known as “the Village” to New Yorkers, it was
here in Greenwich Village that both 1960’s counter
culture and the LGBT movement were born. Famous for
its bohemian past, head to Washington Square Park to
get a feel for this diverse and energetic
neighbourhood. You’ll find NYU students, street
performers, skateboarders, kids frolicking in the
fountain, and locals relaxing and playing chess.
