Portrait of Adele Bloch-Bauer was well worth the visit, however the rest of the collection was not as extensive as we'd expected.

Not only is this a fabulous building but it houses a wonderful art collection and also has changing exhibitions. My aim was to see the collection of Klimt paintings and I was not disappointed. Well worth a visit. The gallery may be quite small but...More

They let our children wait in line, and the guard came running up to the admitting staff and loudly told them to accept the older two girls and told my husband we could leave my 10-year-old son waiting for us in the gift shop. It...More

This has been on my NYC to visit list for quite some time. After the exhaustive collection of the Met, it's a good place to focus in on a few artists and imagine what the house would have been like for its residents. Of course,...More

My partner and I had just watched the movie "The Woman in Gold" - (google it.) We knew the multi-million dollar painting by that name was here, along with other Klimt paintings. What we didn't know is that there's so much more to see, and...More

Went to see the Klimts and came away with a major appreciation of a jewel-box of a museum. The gallery with the Klimt paintings was an experience that would make a trip to NYC worthwhile, but; when you throw in the gallery of design and...More

We had free passes, but I just checked online and it's $20 or $15 for seniors. It is definitely worth every penny supporting the unique gallery.
