Caught a cab from midtown to Bethel Gospel Assembly! We enjoyed the drive there, noticing the brownstones of Harlem. There was accumulated snow around the welcome sign & steps. Coming from Houston area, we were excited to take a few pictures with the snow! Lol, I know!! Upon entry of the building, we were asked to get in line with... More

This was one of the best parts of our vacation in NYC. The atmosphere, love and friendliness was incredible. Please go and embrace the love with an open heart, it's a memory for life.

We came here on a Sunday for the 11.30 service and was so pleased! The singing left goosebumps on my skin and I could not stop smiling. The communion is optional and we left together with some other visitors after about an hour- and that was ok. It was a bit difficult to find as the map on their website... More

Couldn't be further from the truth it was uplifting, warm, humbling and spiritually enhancing. The service lasted 1.5 hours which flew by in no time at all. During the first welcoming songs the... We were invited to this Gospel Church for the Sunday Morning Ceremony. We had the luck and could sit downstairs with the local Community. They sang a special Welcome Song for those who visited the first time. We were handshaken and hugged from all sides, we bothhad tears in our eyes. The people singing on the Stage did a wonderful... We attended the early session on sunday morning. First of all they are very welcoming to the tourists. We were taken among the community in the downstairs hall. So much singing. During the session they recommended the first time comers to keep standing and they welcomed us by singing and shaking our hands, it was awesome most of the community... More

This was like attending a concert of gospel music. So much singing! We loved it. Really good band and choir. Get there early and be prepared to stand and clap.
