We had an amazing Tour guide Tim! He was very passionate and knowledgeable about the events on 9/11 as well as of the area. The one world observatory was awesome! We were there at sunset and it was beautiful!

Rob was great!!!! He actually experienced hands on happening in 2001 at ground zero. His tour was full of information regarding the history of 911. I would definitely recommend him and the skip the line package.

9/11 museum is awesome and is part of the NYC go pass offerings. Well laid out, informative staff stationed throughout the multiple level facility. Very moving including the outdoor pools. One World Observatory is not part of the Go Pass. Do not waste your money...More

Our tour was excellent. Our guide was very knowledgeable & was a local Brooklyn resident who was a photo journalist who responded to the site the morning of 9/11. My friend & I loved the tour!!

We purchased on line through trip advisor. We took the subway to the memorial and met tour guide at St James church. She will tour area and memorial then take you to head of line for museum if you purchased that package... More
