What an awe inspiring but sad tour, made very personal by our guide Nick. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Can't imagine anyone giving the tour more personal touches.

It was very enjoyable to hear the experience from someone that was really there and how it effected him and his family. He was very knowledgeable. Many of the things he spoke about you wouldn't know if you weren't with a guide.

Nathalie really took the time to move us thoughtfully through Ground Zero. She combined history with anecdotes to really make the incredible story come to life. The perfect set up for our visit to the Museum.

Yes you need tickets. The tour and museum are separate. Some people just wanted the tour. We did both for additional cost. It $69 total for both of them. Museum was well worth seeing.
