Without question the worst piece of very dated theatre we saw on our recent trip. A Tony? Not for the cast we saw! There is one redeeming number in the first act but the rest a total waste of time and money. But the audience...More

What fun! I decided to travel down to NYC over Christmas vacation because I became a great fan of Josh Kaufman while watching the Voice. I really didn't know what I was in for, not knowing much about the play. I was very pleasantly surprised....More

I had the chance to see Pippin before it closed on Broadway and loved every minute of it! I am sorry that it closed before others got a chance to see it....but if the traveling troup comes to your area, I would recommend the show...More

This was a clever musical and good ending. The male lead was a little weak however and this made it a little disappointing. Overall however, enjoyable.

I was amazed at how good this performance was. Suitable for children with a few innuendos. Cast was unbelievable!

Since I have seen Pippin many times in various productions (high school, college, local theater), and know the soundtrack by heart, I am familiar with the story line. I've read a few reviews from folks that were not sure of the story - yes, it...More

Our family enjoyed the show. Good acting with great acrobatics. The storyline was great and positive. But beware, this show does have several sexual (and homosexual) innuendos.

One non-sequitur after another, we could not figure out what this musical was really about. Seemingly no plot, but filled with circus acts; I suppose, I'd be less disappointed if I had known what to expect. Plenty of pelvic thrusting and confusing heterosexual tension, this...More

We truly enjoyed this show and it has taken its place as one of our favorite and most engaging experiences in New York. The show was scheduled to end after a very long run, but if you see it playing in Washington DC or elsewhere...More

Very entertaining and delightful! This is not an epic production like Phantom. However, it is also very enjoyable, just in a different kind of way. The musical is interactive and somewhat personal with lots of acrobatics, great music, and humor. Sorry to see it end.
