Easy entry, lots of space to wait around in. The history of the theater on the walls is interesting to see. One downside: very expensive drinks.

We saw Wicked here and it was amazing! Highly recommend! Talented performers and the theater itself with decor was beautiful.

This theatre needs to move with the times. Bought 4 tickets and had them on a mobile app. When I got to the front of the queue was told their scanners don't work on mobile phones and I need to get a printed ticket. Directed...More

Incredibly efficient entry, much faster than any other theater. Well layed-out, stairs and escalators provide easy access to your seat. Leg room! Yes, more leg room than the older theaters built on the 20’s and 30’s. Carpet is relatively new and surprisingly clean considering the...More

Saw Wicked here, what a fantastic twist on a story line that so many of us know so well. Performances were really great.

This was our first experience at the Gershwin Theater. I purchased the tickets months ahead of time to treat the family to "Wicked" on Dec 21st. We enjoyed a fabulous performance, at one point monkeys actually flew over our heads. The sets, costumes and acting...More

Went to see Wicked and had great orchestra seats and enjoyed the performance. the acoustics, and lighting was a class act. The seats are tight though and uncomfortable, particularly for a tall person, considering the ticket price and length of the performance. The temperature in...More

The Gershwin Theatre was named in honor of composer George Gershwin and his brother, lyricist Ira Gershwin. This is a relatively new theatre and opened in 1972 and seats about 1,900 people. This theatre is large and I have sat near the back of the...More

Honestly, people don't dress up for the theatre anymore. You could go in anything you want or feel comfortable in.

We are two adults and two children. We had stall seats which were good positions and the total cost was about £480.00 for the four of us. Enjoy the show.
