Literature. Nature. Man. A stroll on The Mall in Central Park is a wonderful, relaxing experience. Educated kids when walking while wife kept clicking away!

Take stroll through the Mall in Central Park. Busy on weekends but still worth a wander in the noise of the city.

This in the middle of Central Park and is a nice area to stroll mostly shaded by trees. Some statues along the wide walkway with pretty good historical information. There are vendors scattered along the walkway.

Nice walk down here, especially on a hot day as it’s shaded by lots of trees to get you out of the heat. There are vendors along it but you don’t get hassled and there are statues to see.

The splendid elm trees hang over this gorgeous long walk, lined with benches for resting. The trees have weird and magnificent shapes. Some grand literary statues. A real gem.

This is one of my favorite areas of Central Park because of the gorgeous, huge, rare Elms. Also, I love the old, romantic feel of the Writer's Walk. Could stay here for hours and people watch.
