Not exactly sure what I expected, but it was an entertaining experience. The ticket information does explicitly say that the tour will visit those studios that are not in use at the time. I completely understand, but was a little underwhelmed when our fist stop...More

If NBC is Top of the Tops in entertainment, then why do they offer such a dull, uninteresting and silly experience? This is NOT a visit to "the studios". It is ride through the NBC building escorted by a bored employee who seems very upset...More

This was terrible and a waste of time/money. First they show you a short, boring, history movie of NBC. Then they let you peek into the SNL studios. Next you learn about how they make masks for the SNL hosts (pointless! Tell us about the...More

Having done the Radio City Tour my daughter and I were pretty excited about doing this tour. The two pages were irritating to say the least and the only person who thought the obviously much practised jokes were funny was the page herself.I think it...More

Booked an NBC Experience tour and was highly disappointed. They show you a nice little 8 minute movie which was very cool. The history of NBC. The movie was the best thing... Then we went to see the Dr. Oz set. That was cool but...More

We had gone on this tour a few years back and it was much better. Previously we got to go into the SNL studios but this time we just looked through the glass at the studios. On the earlier trip we got to go in...More

Unless you are a HUGE Saturday Night Live or Dr. Oz fan, this tour is completely lame and not worth the money.

I think you only need to do this one time and you will see everything there is to see. I enjoyed the opening video and also made me a bit sad seeing all those TV shows I watched as a kid. The pages talked the...More

Great backstage trip through the NBC Studios. We would have enjoyed visiting a few more studios on the tour, but I guess they only have so much time to conduct these tours so options are limited.

Meh is the best way I can describe this tour. We paid about $25 bux a piece to go on this tour. If you buy your tickets online, get there early if you need to get them printed. They took us in and we watched...More

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors

I purchased tickets online and got an email receipt. I didn't get anything to print out though. Does anyone know if it's important to have a print out, or can I just show up and get my tickets at Will Call?

Check the email receipt. There's a PDF attachment that has the tickets with the names of each individual you listed for the tour. You need to print those.

I don't know either...but I dont' think it's on the 'pass'. but it's well worth it. We got our tickets the day of the tour.
When I visited NYC in 2009, I did the NBC Studio Tour using my New York Pass. Does anyone know if the New York Pass still covers this tour? I'd really like to take my husband when we return to NYC in May.
