So...so..... disappointed with terminal 5 BA lounge. Where do I start ? Overcrowded , too many seats together, could do in separating them a bit more. Pathetically small coffee tables to serve 4 sofas. Tables everywhere not cleared of empty plates and glasses. Staffs look...More

I've been a few times, but each time has been solid. The lines get long (especially for drinks). Security check is efficient. The space seems small at first, but access to multiple floors feels like vip. I went for a Black Coffee concert, and he...More

Came here to see Liam Gallagher in November 2017.What a fantastic venue, the atmosphere was electric. It probably helped that we had VIP access with an uninterrupted view from the balcony so can't really say what the experience would've been like from the floor.A great night had...More

I am really impressed with how well run this place is. It was raining the day of the concert, so they let us in early. Plenty of space to stand as close or as far from the stage as you want. Ample, clean bathrooms!!! Very...More

When I got to the venue I thought to ask the staff where they had handicap seating, if they had it at all. The friendly staff member said to go directly across the audience area and I'd find a roped off space, very near to...More

I've been to many concerts here over the years. It's the worst concert venue I've ever encountered. It is so cramped and difficult to find an unobstructed view. On the balcony levels, you can only see the stage if you are up in front- for...More

Last time I visited JFK there was a ton of construction underway and not much else. Things have certainly improved and the facilities are good. Still not on a par with many European airports but improving.

Recently attended two TDEP gigs here, and was pleasantly surprised by the venue considering the reviews I'd seen about it. Yes - there was a long line to get in, but it moved quickly even though they had a lot of security checks. Coat check...More

Venue is good sound-wise however, if you don't get a good spot on the main floor you are scuppered. What you can't see on the picture are the posts holding up the balcony area which obscure the view. At $23 dollars for two drinks it...More
