We tried to reserve a place for the show on a Friday night but were unsuccessful. We went down anyway and asked to go onto the stand in list. This involves getting your name down as a back up in case reservations don’t turn up....More

I'ts tough to compare this to the original comedy cellar. Bigger venue, comics were good. One great one was Mike Battaglia. Not sure if he was really drunk or just comes off that way. Mike was good and unpredictable.

This comedy club is affiliated with Comedy Cellar on Macdougal. Of the six comics, only one was top shelf. Three were mediocre and one was not funny. The not funny comic admitted he had no routine. It showed. For a bill that was $125, you...More

The only mistake we made was arriving dead last for our reservation time. The forum is cozy with everyone getting a seat and view of the stage. The wait staff was very attentive to keep you fed and hydrates. The line-up was great with some...More

One of the highlights of my trip was going to a show here. So funny and entertaining. Had quite a few comedians. Would I recommend going? Yes! You need to go! It was a huge hit with my whole group.

This is the Comedy Cellar's second location. Both are very similar. There is a 2 drink minimum, plus cover charge. Dark and crowded, but it doesn't feel claustrophobic. A host with a live band (keyboards and drums, which was a nice touch) with ~6 comedians...More

its bohemian past, head to Washington Square Park to
get a feel for this diverse and energetic

performers, skateboarders, kids frolicking in the
fountain, and locals relaxing and playing chess.
