Pretty decent. Good prices during happy hour and the bartender was nice and attentive. My friends and I stayed a while. Word of advice, don't waste your money on the jukebox. The staff (or quite possibly the owner) keeps jamming up the jukebox with their own music (pretty boring selections in my opinion...like the same Robyn song and typical 90s... More

Went there two times while in NY. The first time me and my friends were very well treated by the woman bartender, we had an amazing time and had so much fun dancing, it was great. But went there last friday and the experience was awful, two guy bartenders mistreated me and my friends for no reason, we tipped them... More

Came across this fantastically friendly little 'local' pub near the Jane hotel in New York. Barmaid very welcoming to regulars and strangers alike. Even ordered in pizzas and shared them around.. Lovely atmosphere, beautifully decorated for Halloween. Worth seeking out even if you don't stay nearby.

Visiting this place was probably one of my highlights of visiting New York. Having read good reviews online we decided to give it a go. For two vodkas was around $14 and the music was good having a duke box to select from. Met some really friendly people in here and if back in the city will return!

Trendy, busy and quite eclectic. Mid Town bar in New York popular with the Gay community, it's really tiny so can get quite crowded in the evening especially on weekends. Great music, drinks are reasonably priced. Good service.

Lousy, lousy, lousy service!! on top of that they do not take credit card or debit card, two bartenders were attending tonight, one man and one woman, the woman was completely oblivious of courtesy to customers and not even answering constant calls of "one beer please", and later in the night she started yelling at the other side of the... Loved the small and friendly bar in Greenwich Village - went on a packed friday night and service was brilliant and efficient. Relaxed atmosphere with eclectic mix of music....fun.

I have TRIED to like this place. Very unfriendly bartenders particularly recently a guy with a ponytail. I watched him toss customers after some drunk homophobic guy starting slinging slurs at them. WHAT??!! It's just time to clean that place up. Or better yet, go spend my (your!) dollars elsewhere.

Staying in West Village

Neighbourhood Profile
West Village
Stretching from Sixth Avenue to the Hudson River, the West Village is one of the city’s most coveted addresses. Full of trendy shops, historic taverns, and cozy restaurants set amid 19th century architecture, this neighbourhood has a unique old-world feel. You won’t find a more picturesque location in Manhattan. Without the traditional city grid layout, it’s easy to get lost here, but that’s part of the fun as you stroll down elegant narrow streets with beautiful brownstones. When you need a break, you can always stop in at one of the many quaint eateries or cafes to soak in the atmosphere, or head to the western edge of the neighborhood to enjoy magnificent waterfront views while taking a leisurely walk in Hudson River Park.
