These theatres are a disgrace to New York City, especially Lincoln Center neighborhood. The film quality is poor, screens are retro, the theatres are dirty, the staff surly.

It's been awhile since I came to this cinema. It usually shows more artsy, foreign films than bigger commercial venues. The Cinema areas are smaller and have the regular seats. No stadium chairs here. The venue is underground so one takes a steep escalators down...More

Hard, uncomfortable seats in various states of disrepair, tiny projector screens, and dirty bathrooms contributed to one of the worst cinema experiences I have ever had. Not to mention, admission was $15! Unbelievable! Do not come here and expect to be comfortable, happy, or feel...More

Indies and foreign and arty American films, you often have a choice of up to nine. Appeals to the West Side intelligencia who used to go to the Thalia. Not pleasant -- rude staff, small screens, long waits because of limited seating, needs spiffing up....More
