this is one of the most fun things to do while in NYC. There was no rushing & the tastings were very enjoyable. Susann presents a history lesson along with foodie stories.

I was really looking forward to this tour based on reviews & having gone on other food tours around the world but ... Susan is a lovely, enthusiastic guide but the food was not anything special, the tour dragged a bit & the main issue...More

My girlfriend and I expected a lot from the tour since we got a lot of recommendations from our friends. And what can I say, we weren't disappointed at all. Susanne was a wonderful guide with a huge knowledge. We had great food, a nice...More

Susan is knowledgeable, funny, and attentive to her tour participants. She limits her tours to eight guests, and pays special attention to their desires. I would highly recommend The Enthusiastic Gourmet.

Susan knows history and she knows food, I also loved her unimposing style and that the group size is so small! She adapted to the demographics of our group and it was indeed a very pleasant experience!
