A must for any fan of ‘The Office’

Being a big fan of The Office (TV Show) I was excited to check this out and see what they had on offer and it didn’t disappoint. Looking specifically at The Office stuff they had two stands full of clothing, books, ornaments, etc. stuff I hadn’t seen in any other shops or online.

They also had stuff from pretty much all NBC shows like Jimmy Fallon and SNL.

One thing to note is they don’t accept cash payments, which I guess isn’t really an issue these days but just something to look out for.

A bit tacky !

The shop at NBC Studios is a real tourist trap with lots of really tacky items for sale. They are not inexpensive for what they are!

We went last year before the madness of the pandemic. I was a great experience at the shop. What got most of my attention was the scent they had going in the shop it smelled wonderful. Ryan can you please tell what it is and the vendor's if not at least the scent used it was very calming. Thank you in advance Patty

Cool place to look around but pricey!

I went just to see The Office setup and see if I could find any cool Office stuff. It was worth going just for the desk lol I didn't buy anything because it was insanely priced. I didn't do the tour or anything, just went to shop. It's a lovely building to walk through to get to the store. It is worth a look if you are in the area!

Great little shop

Great liitle shop in the Rockefeller Plaza. Filled with all sorts of NBC memorbellia! It was fun to wander and get some of their treasures!

The Shop at NBC Studios offers a wide range of awesome t-shirts, branded items, and personalizable Christmas ornaments. Loiter for a bit and you'll definitely be asked if you want to attend the taping of one of their late night shows!

Great Shop for favorite shows

Not only did we get a discount with our tour tickets, but the shop itself was fun. From "no soup for you!" T shirts Golden girls plastic figures this shop has it all. Each of my favorite shows and obviously a lot of other people's had some kind of shirt or other souvenir. Prices were in line with New York.

The worst customer service in town

Wow, the customer service we experienced here - twice - was the absolute worst (with the exception of a really nice security guard). Bought a t-shirt, man at counter was like an insolent robot, but that was nothing in comparison to our experience the following day, when I had to bring it back as it wasn’t quite right. We were very polite, had the receipt, tag and even gave back the (very nice) bag we were given when we bought it but the woman who served us just treated us like we were pure dirt, or like she took the whole thing personally - I don’t know, it was all very weird. Had to laugh, but it was shocking really. I try to make excuses for people, like maybe they are having a terrible day or whatever but clearly some people just should not work with the public. There was absolutely no excuse for that kind of attitude- it can ruin someone’s day.

Late Show tickets!

Hey, turn up early and you may be able to get standby tickets to filming of the Night shows. We stood in line from 4:30 for about 1hr 30mins. We were about 60th in line - we didn’t get in. But we learnt this...the shows have a seating capacity of 275-ish. Usually, they take about 10-30ish stand by tickets in to each show. It’s worth getting stand by tickets early - the closer to 1 you get the better the odds of you getting in. Ask at the desk for details. Also, good tip, don’t bring a back pack with you. That or any shopping or large bags will be refused and NBC Studios don’t do luggage storage. Say G’day to Jimmy for me!

Favorite Show T-Shirts - Fun Photo Op Sets - Great Souvenirs - Discount After NBC Tour

Fun NBC shop with many of their iconic tv shows highlighted with t-shirts, mugs and other souvenirs. There was the Voice chair for photo ops and a large Downtown Abbey set for another. Loved shopping in there and was disappointed there isn't an ABC or CBS store. But since NBC is best, at least I bought my Seinfeld, SNL, This is Us and many other souvenirs.
