Half of the bar was reserved, therefore the rest of us were squashed in. Windows filthy - couldn't see the 'view'. Nasty, pushy for tips barmaid. One waitress who was just not interested. Therefore you then have to go to the bar yourself, order your...More
Newly in town from Aus and thought we would go in for a few drinks. We promptly lost access to half the rooftop because of a booking that no one told us about, meaning we lost our table and seats. With everyone jammed into one...More
First class view towards Central Park with plush indoor and outdoor seating areas. Good range of drinks and cocktails, but expensive. Staff not particularly friendly unless you appear to be prepared to spend hundreds of dollars!
My spouse and I and a group of friends visited The Roof at the Viceroy for drinks on a Saturday evening in late July 2018. The Roof is open daily from 4:00 pm until 4:00 pm. The Roof accepts reservations via telephone, although the deposit/guaranteed...More

This bar was located on the roof of Viceroy Hotel. The open air terrace was a great place to view Central Park. It is obviously popular, especially with the after work crowd, as, it was packed at around 6pm mid week. Open late with access...More
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
