Recently, I used GO Airlink NYC to schedule a shuttle bus ride on 12/3/2023 to take me from Lower Manhattan to the American Airlines terminal at JFK.

Everything about the service was first rate:

The driver texted me that he had arrived early and would wait for me outside of my apartment building;
When a shuttle bus was not available for my trip, GO Airlink NYC dispatched a private SUV limo to pick me up and take me to the airport;
The driver was friendly and courteous; and
We made record time getting to JFK.

I recommend GO Airlink NYC to anyone seeking fast, dependable and reasonably priced car service and will continue to use them when I need transportation to JFK.

My booking from Newark to The City (Manhattan) was a bit worrying as I had trouble getting through on the free phone at the welcome centre at the airport, but once I eventually made contact I was told to wait outside the airport (for about 10 minutes) I was wondering if anyone would actually turn up as they had a problem with the shuttle bus so they sent a private car as a replacement . it was a very cold, wet, dark evening - but they did eventually arrive and I was very happy to see them they dropped me at my hotel in good time. I used them again on a return journey from my hotel to JFK airport, they were there on time and we got to the airport in plenty of time even on a Friday afternoon through rush hour traffic - YES I WOULD USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN

Best way to and from NYC airports

Go Airlink is a great service! It got me from the airport and back to it efficiently, comfortably and with a reasonable price. Friendly and knowledgeable drivers too. I highly recommend it for travel to and from airports in the NYC area!

Amazing city and airlink transport

Fantastic value and a great alternative to the more expensive companies and taxi's. I also got a free upgrade to a sedan as the shuttle wasn't available.
I will definitely use them again when I go back next year.

We used this service as part of a Costco Travel package. Our drivers were excellent both picking us up from the airport and taking us back. Keyshore and Antoine deserve a shout out.

Antoine was prompt and courteous. I am happy to have him as our driver who pick us up early this morning from our hotel, Soho 4 point Sheraton in Manhattan to Newark Airport. Will use the same service again in my future trip to NYC. Happy Thanksgiving and have a great day.
