I wanted to take a big group of visiting friends to this show, but after reading all the reviews, and the nonchalant way that their complaints were dealt with in here, I decided to go somewhere else. Get your act together, Broadhurst.More

The staging at this theater is top notch as is the lighting. Seats are very tight but so are most NYC theaters. Only complaint is they have no lobby but that isn’t why you see a show on Broadway. Very convenient location. We saw a...More

I am 5'5" and I had no room to move. My knees touched the seats in front and it was so uncomfortable. I suffer from chronic pain and I was in excruciating pain just because of the seats!

After a week of attending New York shows, the Broadhurst was a true disappointment. Management allowed a great number of patrons to wander in late both during the beginning of the show and after intermission with great disturbance to patrons already seated. This lax attitude...More

Sure, most Broadway theaters cannot justify spacious lobbies, but this is the limit such that intermission was bedlam. Rest rooms in the lower level with staircases on either side, segregated male and female for the restrooms. God forbid you got in the wrong line, pre-ordered...More
