The William J. Clinton Presidential Center and Park, located on the banks of the Arkansas River in Little Rock, Arkansas, attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors from around the world to its grounds each year. Opened in 2004, the Center is home to the Little Rock offices of the Clinton Foundation, the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum, and the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service.

Lots to see and learn. This is a very nice museum so take your time to read the display descriptions and watch the video. The restaurant downstairs in the museum I believe requires reservations and is expensive but I believe worth it.

I would allow 2 hours minimum. One could spend all live long day if one read everything.

Yes I believe you can go into the gift shop after you pass through security without paying admission.
