Fun baseball game

We had a great time at a Diablos game- all the seats had great views and we appreciated the family sections. Food and drinks were a little expensive.

Went to the Tequilatacocervezafest at the stadium yesterday. Not very happy with the event. The stadium is in bad shape, the entrance fee to high , the entertainment poor and the food to expensive for what you got. Never again

this stadium is not a stadium. its just a few chairs in the desert with white tarps. they never should have built this in the first place. just an expression of the impotence and incompetence of our city council.

The new stadium is beautiful and there are affordable seats for everyone. It's great family fun with good food and great weekly specials. It's an El Paso must do.

Cohen Stadium was great. However, the photo is of the Civic Center. I saw many, many, many Diablo baseball games here. Great memories. Concessions were reasonable priced. Parking was ample. Tickets were always fairly priced.

A number of residents tried to fight the building of this stadium, as the location only has two feeder roads to the entire city. Sure enough, before and after a game, the roads were a bumper to bumper parking lot, with a large percentage of intoxicated drivers after the games. When I was on the North East side of town... Not an ounce of its former glory when it hosted the AA El Paso Diablos. Not far from Trans mountain Community College.

It's too bad the rich people were not rich enough therefore they had to close it down so they could waste the taxpayers money by putting in the Chihuahuas Stadium

Cohen Stadium is now closed. It was a superb ballpark back in the early 1990's, offering a fun and exciting venue for AAA Baseball and family fun. We spent many evenings enjoying the game and a cold beer, with the occasional 25-cent hot dog nights. The City of El Paso is currently exploring opportunities for its future use, and we... More
