The conditions were excellent. The green rolled true. Fazio's design style was evident throughout. Deep bunkers. Lots of doglegs. The staff was outstanding across the board. No gps on the cart, but they have an app for all of the yardages. My only complaint is that you cannot see the hole when you pull up to the tee in your... More

played a round on Thursday twilite. Great rate of $35 for a Fazio course. Was ungodly hot the day I played but was a great time nonetheless. Super friendly staff. Was greeted with Hi, Mr. XXXXX everytime I saw someone. Will play here again for sure next time I'm in town.

Had an opportunity to play last minute twilight with rental clubs. The experience was worth a lot more than I paid. Clubhouse was friendly and the starter was a great guy. Frank made it the best round. He checked in on me and ask if anything could be better. I never played here and his kindness made it one of... More

Very good desert course. Challenging layout. Greens were fast but rolled true. Lots of bunkers. Ball flies well in the dry air. I played with no wind, but I can imagine that if the wind is blowing it will add to the challenge.

I was invited to play in a tournament for First Tee in El Paso at Butterfield Trail. What a terrific time we had even though we were one of only two (or possibly three) groups of women, the rest were groups of men. Too bad ladies, it was a blast! The course is awesome and one of the ladies in... More

We always play golf here when our son deploys, and when he returns. It is the first thing he wants to do! We just played twice on our recent visit. Everyone is so kind, helpful, and professional. We enjoy the beautiful desert landscape. We had a bit of a hiccup this time. My husband left his drivers license as a deposit... More

This is a very impressive golf course with a stunning club house. I was charged a little more than 100$ including cart and high quality Taylor Made rental clubs. Cart includes bottles of water, towel and tees, rentals come with a sleeve of balls. The couse war well maintained, but a little dry. Very nice starter, only the inprocessing could... More

This Tom Fazio designed public course looks and feels like a country club! A wonderful experience playing on this majestic course. The facility is well managed and you are treated like royalty. You could not find a better public course!

Without doubt, the best public course I've played. The Fazio design is challenging but not unfair. Most of all, it's a fun course to play. Very scenic and the high stone wall around the course keeps the coyotes out and allows for abundant wildlife. The greens and fairways were in excellent shape. Very enjoyable.
