A really neat place to stop and stretch your legs while traveling. You can go on some short or longer hikes if you choose and see natural springs.

Loved this area and all of the fabulous hiking trails! Don’t miss Antelope and Buffalo Springs trails! Spectacular! If recent storms in area call first to make sure all trails are open. Travertine Nature Center rangers are very helpful!

There on a Thursday while school is in section. So it was not crowded. Drove the whole parked. Walked a few trails. Took 20-30 photos and had a great time. Almost missed the 1906 bridge. A real gem. See the pictures.

Tranquil and the sunset was just beautiful. The lake is serene and the whole setup is just beautiful. With some great places to sit and enjoy the beauty of the mountains me the lake. Highly recommended

My family went down last summer, in typical me style I didn't check the weather so it started a cold drizzle 1/2 mile into our hike. But we enjoyed the experience anyway. We will be making a trip back. We hiked to the nature center...More

Loved the ice cold water in the summer! Little Niagra and all the other water holes are perfect to hang with the family, or by yourself.

I live in Sulphur, and bias aside, the Chickasaw National Recreation Area is one of the parks where I spend a lot of time. It has wonderful, semi-manicured trails that are clean but do not detract from the surrounding nature.
