We spent 5hours here and could have spent more! Loved the films and the interactive exhibits. My teenager went to four talks by the historian! Easy walk into town for lunch. A list of the activities would have Been nice.

This museum is well done and has exhibits on more than the Yorktown battle. Right now it has an exhibit on American, French and British Revolutionary era artillery . That is a special exhibit. Its permanent exhibits go into some depth on the American revolution...More

Ironically, Philly opened up their Museum of the American Revolution about the same time as this one. Here the museum is fairly small, but does a great job with the exhibits and has good interactive displays. The educational film at the end is worth it...More

You could spend all day here. It's amazing. the films, the exhibits, the live exhibits. Kids will love the gun demonstration. The reenactors really know their subject. You learn a lot.

We weren't sure at first if there was enough worth seeing at this museum as the description does not explain very well what is in the museum. Spend more time on promoting this museum by itself. It is well worth investing the time to visit.

We were very impressed with this museum upgrade. Lots of information presented through various means. Lots of artifacts interspersed with each exhibit. A large encampment and a farm re-creation outside with period interpretive characters. Spent about 5 hours here; could have stretched it into a...More

This museum was hyped to us for sure. I really hesitated due to the cost and Taj Mahal appearance and actually decided against it the first time we drove past. However a lady we met in Williamsburg raved about it as the greatest place on...More

Asking the admission price is a tough one as there are all sorts of ticket combinations. The Historic Triangle Pass for $91 might be best for many, but we didn't go that route as we, as seniors and retired military, with a... More
