The Oregon District has a significant number of good places to eat, and things to see. My favorites are Jay's Seafood and the Trolley Stop

We got to the district at 9:00- early on a Saturday Night. We had problems with the parking. The next day I got a ticket after paying $15 for one hour of parking.

if you enjoy the cool places in town this is where you will want to hang out for dinner of a drink, plus some very interesting shopping. Even a great record store.

Lovely Quaint Shops line the streets. A great place to select gifts and a little souvenir for your self. Mid pricey range. Also includes several eatery.

Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to that question. I know they all card, so i would guess that you would have to be of legal drinking age.
