I think it's an interesting place, but it's mainly just a giant playground. The entire upstairs is just differently themed play areas, plus a few exhibits. Downstairs is only a couple of exhibits. I don't think it's worth the price. We don't plan on returning.

We have had a membership for the last 3 years. We love it here and it's great for all age kids. My son is 5 and it keeps his interest for hours. We love the zoo part of the museum.

I visited the museum with my great granddaughter. She excitedly visited each area. She loved the water activity. This is a great place to take children as they grow because there is so much for them to enjoy and absorb.

We had a fun morning. Both adults and kiddos enjoyed Boonshoft. Precious the sloth made International Sloth Day a day to remember. Every adult should do the slide.

Now that we live up north - we're quite spoiled with the quality, quantity, and proximity of our Museums. The Boonshoft is not as great as Indy, Cinci, or Columbus, but being in downtown Dayton and 10 minutes away changes the math for how motivated...More

As an adult, I was captivated by the interactive exhibits, the bird feeders hanging just outside the windows, and the detailed but simply-worded explanations of nature and science. My five-year-old son would have stayed in the Tower all day, though, climbing up net ropes and...More
