This is one of the few place in Florida where you can legally ride your horse on a beach. The calm waters and flat sandy bottom of Palma Sola Bay make it possible to ride on a horse that is swimming. This is the birthplace of Horse Surfing™. Horseback riding on the beach, swimming with horses, and Horse Skiing™ . Reservations required.

I was a really nice adventure for my 8yr old daughter to ride and swim with the horses in the sea. All horses have a single guide to help and support during the trip.

This experience was by far one of the most unique and fun. Not everyone will have the opportunity to do this in their lifetime. Couldn't have asked for better guides. The horses were very well cared for and had really great temperaments. If you're reading...More

Bought rides for two teenagers...who couldn't stop raving about how much fun it was! Worth the price for a lasting and memorable experience. Well organized and safe activity...with extremely personable trainers for each horse & rider. Good information given prior to the ride. Delightful!

It was very good and not horse crazy people. They were well educated and it was safe. It was a little expensive though.

This was a one of a kind experience! A deffinate thing to do. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was the beach walk could have been longer. No one else lets you experience what they do!

The lead horse was tired and at best was pissed to have a rider on at 320 pm. I had to pay 1200 for a 50 minute ride for seven plus tip. That's 1115 plus tip. It was fun but not at that price. The...More

Yes, but only if you live on the Virginia side of State Street. :-) Just kidding. Sometimes we offer special deals in the spring and fall.

I have a horse in Ohio and this looks fun! Do I have to be led or can I ride with the group on my own? following the group person in charge instead? and into the water?? It would just be me coming alone . I am on AMI Oct. 20 TO Oct. 28TH I am thinking about this but do not want to pay that price to be led around if you know what I mean. lol I am staying on Bridge st how far are you from that point? I have no car only a golf cart that week! thanks in advance!! Jen

For the ride on the beach, they only lead you as needed. The more experienced riders are allowed to canter a couple of times and the guides just hold back the beginning rider's horses. They pretty much have to lead you... More

There are no alligators or snakes that we've ever seen in Palma Sola Bay. And in 10 years, we've never seen a shark either.
