Very friendly and I did give them a hard time that they didn't know where the Elton John statue was when I asked for directions. I knew there wasn't, I was just joking with them.

Once again, seems when in Philadelphia this is worth the visit. There are many displays to read up on, and several rooms for history viewing.

The independence visitor centre is very good with lots of interesting information provided. They screen informative films about the history of independence and the role Phillidelphia played in it.

We got discount tickets here for the Mutter museum. I am sure they have others. We also purchased the hop on hop off bus ticket here. They have actors dressed in period costume...we saw Ben Franklin :)

Hi, you cannot do it on the streets around, or there are very few. There's a parking garage, more than 10 levels just a block away. Book it through Spot Hero app for best rates. We got around 15$ for whole day, 9 am - 9 pm.
