Another attraction not to be missed. One of the oldest Masonic Temples in the Us. Amazing to hear of the history of the Masons as so many of our early Presiidents were members. The Art work is INCREDIBLE and the architecture magnificient. Don't Miss Reservations suggested

Well, just about the nicest people you will ever gat a tour from in any Philly attraction. Many rooms to see, all very fascinating and full of history. Enjoy the tour however, it is,I tied to a small window of opportunity. Most of the time the Temple is closed to non-members.

Definitely choose to walk up to it and go inside, the interior will defy all your expectations. Now every time I go by City Hall I have... More

First off, this is a tour of the Temple and not an introduction or education in Freemasonry. With that out of the way… Wow! The architecture of this Temple is astounding. The construction and design of ornate structure are breathtaking.

This place is a rare find of a wide variety of different types of architecture ranging from Greco-Roman to Egyptian to Gothic. Each room is more impressive than the last, all painstakingly built true to the time and place they represent. The quality is so good that archeologists come to study the hieroglyphs, etc. Definitely take the tour if you're... More
