Once an avant-garde theater, now a music venue, with or without seats. Where Kevin Bacon used to kick it back in his day.

This is the marque small concert venue to teenie boppin' music. I believe it's safe for kids although some creepers are hanging around or in the area and in that scene. sound and PA weren't bad

The TLA is a great place that lets you buy tickets at the entrance for other shows that are on TicketMaster which is a plus. It's located on South Street which is a famous sub-culture main street with shops and bars all around. The venue...More

A friend and I visited this venue all the way from Yorkshire, England to see Biffy Clyro. For those of you that don't know them, back home these guys sell out stadiums and we saw them in this relatively tiny venue. Security was good, the...More

Now, I just want to acknowledge that the location itself is pretty small comparing to other venues. However, they are really efficient with the space. I was there twice for two different artists. Both experiences were really great! I prefer this kind of venue better...More

I loved it! Staff were helpful but the queue was a bit confusing. They didn't separate fast lane ticket holders until just before doors which was confusing and frustrating for people that thought they were going to get in quickly and grab a good spot...More

More of a bar then a theater .. but it's good for what it is. Bartenders are friendly and make a decent drink. HOWEVER, the event page for the show we saw (The Band Perry) had the times listed as 8:30pm - 11pm... Show started...More

The place itself is really good. They have an upstairs area and everything like that. The place isn't too big but it's also not too small. The only bad thing that happened when I was there was that the bartender was being mean so... yeah.

I've been going to concerts at the TLA since I was 16 (so for the past 8 years). As an avid concert goer, usually for lesser known punk and alternative bands, I've been in lots of this type of venue. Indoor concert venues/bars aren't going...More

I recently took my daughter to a show here and the security personnel were very rude to everyone. Not one in particular but several of them were rude and weren't very helpful when asked questions. The establishment should require that their employees are courteous to...More
