You can see Franklin's grave through the fence from the sidewalk. That is the best it'll be. Markers are totally unreadable. They do have brass plaques on the 4 other Declaration signers but this cemetery has not been kept up.More

Yes. The Burial Ground is open during its normal tourism hours (10:00-4:00) each day (12:00-4:00 on Sunday). Visitors will not have full access to the Franklin gravesite until the preservation is completed, but they can look... More
