I highly recommend this institute for children. Lot of good interactive exhibits for children to experience and learn. The giant heart is amazing.

Parking can be iffy. The warriers were cool, but they admitted a lot of individiuals and some can be annoying. Like standing in front of an exhibit taking numerous photos and not wanting anyone to pass. Also we did the thing where you can enter...More

We like the Franklin Institute so much that we bought a membership, even though we don’t live nearby. It’s well maintained, has interesting and engaging exhibits, and always something new to explore. They even offer sleepovers for scout troops!

Upon walking into building large statue of Ben Franklin is quite impressive. Many areas of the museum to visit with interesting exhibits. Many of The exhibits are hands on which makes it more interesting. A great place to bring children.

This site is located near Ben Franklin's Post office and "Ghost House" Housed in the basement are some of Been Franklin's inventions and biographical bits. As you read, listen and watch the Exhibits you will find yourself saying. "Wow, I didn't know That !
