Called Macy's early today 11/26/16 around 8am and asked for availability of a few pairs of boots. Paris the sales rep not only helped me get the pair of boots I wanted but did so with great patience and consideration. Thank you, Paris! You know what customer service is all about!

As a musician, and an organist, I have known of the Wannamaker Organ since I was a student. Housed in Macy's (originally Wannamaker's) it has been played almost every day since the early 1900's when it was first installed. Played at noon, and often in the evening, it's a great treat to all...not just organ buffs. As one of the... More

Despite the fact that the conditions of this department store is very poor- very out- dated and boring , this afternoon I have faced a very impolite behavior from two staffs. They are working in ground floor, woman bag's section- deliberately showed that customer didn't want to buy while i was discussing paying with another staff.

Was always a part of our holiday season living in Philadelphia. Can get very crowded but again that goes with the season. I think it's worth seeing.

The architecture in this building is amazing. A real organist plays music while you shop, and the Eagle!
