This is a great trail or exercise or enjoying the view. Beware of bikers, they go by very quickly, so you have to be on the look out.

While I haven't covered much of the trail, it's wonderful through the city. I look forward to covering more in the future. Lots of spots to jump off and grab a drink or bite to eat.

There's just something about walking along a river that I personally find very relaxing. You can walk south from the Philadelphia Art Museum for several miles to the south. At about Walnut Street & 25th during the spring, summer, and fall you can order up...More

My hotel recommended me to take Walnut street down to the river, and there is easy access to the path via stairs down from the street. First turned South, but the path ended after about 500 meters, and then North running up for about 5km,...More

Philadelphia has a great bike path here. We spent three hours navigating the area around the museum as far north as Mannayunk and south to Market Street. We had our grandson so we couldn’t explore in totality. In previous year had biked in from Valley...More

Check with SEPTA which is the regional bus and train. I believe there is a bus between Philly and Valley Forge/King of Prussia.
