The staff was very nice at reception. The equipment were in good condition when in use. Our tour guide William was knowledgeable for the old city, and took the safety always as the first.

Horrible in a word sums up our experience. They're overpriced, and the guide was rude. They hire people that have no sense of decency or reciprocate kindness.

Our tour guide was fun and provided some interesting info about some parts of the city that aren't always part of a typical tour. Allowed up close and personal views of parts of the city that you can't get on a tour bus.

Went with another couple that have never been on a segway. We had so much fun. We had been twice before in San Francisco and Chicago and love to tour on segways. We highly recommend the tour.

Tour was well worth it.... Will was very educated in the knowledge of historic Philadelphia and also trendy little in city facts. Great experience, great tour guide... definitely want to get a tour with the company and him again!
