This golf course could be spectacular if someone put money into it. The course layout is excellent, but the signage is terrible (you are hitting lots of blind tee shots with no idea what is out there. I've played there several times, and always end up with an allergy attack. The wasp nests in the bunkers don't help either.

This well-worn muni is just that. While it has some great holes there is a lot of water, and about four green that are just ridiculously difficult (hilly). Still like to play, price can't be beat with some other oft-found deals. Do expect many sand traps to lack sand, and tee boxes to lack grass.

This is a great golf course in a not so great location. They do the best they can with maintenance. The layout will surely test your game.

Absolutely wonderful layout. A Muni which suffers from lots of rounds and minimum maintanence. Tee boxes are often bare. But love the layout and design. Have heard a restoration project may happen.

This was once a nice golf course. The lay out is decent and was done well back in the day. Some challenging holes to go with some interesting greens. However the management there has let the place run down to a pretty sad condition.

Cobbs Creek is an historic gem. This has the potential to be one of the USA's top minis. Top value. Shares history with Merion East and they both share the creek itself.
