The city hall is a nice little extra site to see while you are in the area. However it is not as impressive as the other sites. One to miss if you are short on time.

Find the cornerstone to the building and take from there... Every main square in the US will have City Hall and nearby... a Masonic Temple. Compare that by way of contrast to the Spaniard tradition of having City Hall and the Catholic Cathedral instead. Anyhow...More

If you're planning a trip to Philadelphia, you simply must take some time to walk through the older part of City Hall. The history and architecture is wonderful and a bit of a break from the hustle and bustle of downtown Philadelphia.
