The “Ghosts of Gettysburg Tours” are best described as a combination of history and mystery. The battle that took place in Gettysburg was horrific. We do our best to treat the men who gave their lives with the respect they deserve. We use ghost stories, as relayed to Mr. Nesbitt by those who have experienced them, to explore what happened here. Anyone can make up a scary ghost story, but somehow, knowing that people experienced the ghostly happenings that our guides describe, has to make one wonder if an encounter is in your own future! Our tours include as much of the town as can be walked comfortably. The buildings in Gettysburg are all privately owned, but from what we've been told, just as many ghosts are wandering the streets as are hanging out within four walls! If you're looking for a "halloween haunted house" kind of experience, this is not the tour for you!

We have done all the Gettysburg ghost tours over the years and this one remains the best. While the others are good, this company takes time to engage their audience no matter how big or small and offers history as well as the spooky tales....More

Annie was our tour guide and she was wonderful! If you aren't quite sure of the paranormal this is an excellent way to get more information on the history. It's a nice walk. It can be noisy at times, especially with loud motorcycles, and you...More

Went on these tours a few years ago and they were great. So I was excited that they had a new tour that they started in 2016. Also was taking the kids for first ghost tour. If it was not for the fact that they...More

Thank you for letting us know that your tour did not go as you had hoped. Since Mark Nesbitt was a battlefield guide and park ranger, including history on our tours is important, but it should only be used to set up the ghost story...More

My 10 yr old loves to do this kind of thing. So we got a map and their ad was in it. So it was easy to reserve a ticket and it was only $10. Our guide Big Steve was an excellent story teller. But...More

I have done ghost tours across the country and even in other countries. Not necessarily a believer, but usually find them to be fun and an interesting take on history. Because of these experiences, I was looking forward to this tour so much. However our...More

Our guide, Anne, was great. We had a group of 24 middle school kids. Anne was fantastic in how she set the stage for each story and involved our kids at each stop. A great night.More

The history of Gettysburg is much easier to remember when it's combined with good ghost stories! We have a wonderful group of guides, some of whom are school teachers by day. Thank you for choosing our tours and we look forward to seeing your school...More

Our guide talked so fast that we gave up half ways through the tour. If you are not 100% fluent in English you will not understand a word. It could have been a pleasure, but instead it was a waste of money. Make sure to...More

Restricted primarily to Baltimore Street but still plenty to see and hear. We took two different ghost tours. The other was more history than ghosts. This was a nice blend of history and paranormal stores. An easy hour to hour and a half. The owner...More

This was a decent tour. Our tour guide was very animated and knowledgeable about the area, which was the best part - I think his name was Steve! It's worth the price (10-11$) but I wasn't overly impressed with the tour itself. Definitely check it...More
