We took our 7 year old grandson for a visit to the Land of Little Horses. We all enjoyed it very much. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The shows were good and you can wander around the farm pretty much at your own pace. It was a nice day!

Excellent outdoor activity for young kids and animal lovers near Gettysburg (very close to KOA Campground slightly beyond downtown). Mainly outdoors with an indoor arena and a few barns to walk through--they are full of horses, of course, mainly miniature ones. Allow time to explore the grounds (dress accordingly). There are goats, llamas, peacocks, etc. and small play areas for... More

What others have said already is true. It is perfect for younger kids and anyone who likes to feed and get close to animals. You enter into the gift shop, pay your entrance fee and of course buy the $5.00 cup of food pellets. You can stretch the can throughout your visit if you only feed the animals one pellet... More

Traveling to Gettysburg quite often I would see this sign saying-Land of Little Horses and often said I would visit. Well the time I arrived, I find my way there and it's a day where day camp is going on along with parents and their children. You enter through the gift shop where you pay the admission and are asked... More

Took our 3 year old granddaughter. She loved it there. The little horses roamed the property and were very good with the people. There were activities while we were there. There was a tortoise and hare race and a parade of the big horses. It is a fun place.

This is a favorite site for our family to visit and has been since it opened to visitors several decades ago. It provides a respite from Gettysburg's main attraction, the battlefield. Located just west and a little south of Gettysburg, this is a farm/petting zoo where children and adults can interact with various animals, such as miniature horses, full-sized horses,... More

We received a coupon and went on our trip to Gettysburg. It is a great attraction for children and all people that love horses. They understand their niche and do well to maintain the tradition.

Had a blast during my visit taken pics and getting to pet some of the animals. You will see more than just little horses. They have a donkey, goats, lamas, etc. If you love animals, go and enjoy yourself.

Our family visited here on a recent weekend in June 2016. Admission was $16 for adults and $12 for kids. The park is small, but there is a lot for the kids to do and see. We bought a bag of feed upon entering and the kids had a blast feeding and petting all the animals, including miniature horses, goats,... More

Fun place to go with younger children. There's more to do than I thought. There's zoo like attractions, petting zoo, playground, and "shows". My only wish to make it better would to not have so much time in between the shows and presentations. My toddler got a lil' restless after 2 hours but our 6 y/o wanted to see the... More
