I've never been to a battlefield up North so this was an experience. As someone who wrote their thesis on Civil War monuments, this park was jammed packed with them which was great.

We instantly felt at home. Very hospitable people everywhere we went. The bar was unique and also fun. The breakfast was a feast and delicious.
Sad, all the lives lost during this war. Except for some of the construction around the park, it was well worth the time spent here.

Very exciting place to visit and so informative and interesting. We watched an old cannon being fired and scenery is amazing, Lots of intersting sites to see Bit not when its hot and with kids.
