My boyfriend and I visit Gettysburg at least once a year. We have had photos taken at another location in Gettysburg prior to visiting Victorian Photography Studio. All I can say is we have found the holy grail of photography studios in Gettysburg! Dave and Amy were so helpful, kind and informative. They truly went above and beyond in ensuring... More

We had digital photography done and are very pleased with the photos. There were five of us - two adults and three children. It was so much fun to dress up in period clothes. The owners were very friendly and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I had fun dressing up in period costume and watching the very intricate process of wet plate photography being developed. We ordered the full package on tin with frame. I definitely recommend the experience.

When planning our vacation we made an appointment for the photo studio after we had such a wonderful experience last year. Once again- Tish was AMAZING! We had such a good experience last year, and again this year, we wanted to make another appointment before we left to go home! We stayed a week in Gettysburg and visited The Victorian... More

My husband and I are from Canada and made the appointment ahead. It was one of the most fun experiences in a long time. Tish was excellent in explaining not only the process of the tin type, but also about the proper period clothing and poses. I would certainly recommend this to anyone, we had some good laughs and Tish... More

We had no appointment, just walked in, she was great, we had to wait for a bit but that was no issue. The owner knew just what costume to put each of us in and exactly how to set up the shot. You could tell this was not her first rodeo. We did a regular picture and all of us... More

Honestly, what can I add to the reviews already made? I set up my appointment well ahead of time, and when I arrived, I was greeted by name. Tish walked me and my mother through the entire process of wet plate photography, and when it came time to actually get me set up, she took everything I had in mind... More

My adult son had his tintype made here on Sept 29 2016. I went in with him just to hang out. Wow! Tish made this entire experience fun, educational and memorable :) She is an amazing photographer, and explained the entire process step-by-step, from how the camera worked to the chemicals used in the wet plate developing to the props... Just stopped in by chance. Discovered a sweet, energetic young lady who was brimming with historic information about photography. She gets all kinds of requests about how people want their photograph to look. Stop in and ask her about some of them:) The quaint little shop is full of costumes and accessories for taking the perfect period photo. Some of... More
