The historic bridge spans a lovely little creek where ducks and fish could be seen along the edge of a low dam downstream. This wood bridge has been nicely restored using much of the original timbers. This is a beautiful and serene spot, and well...More

This covered bridge is so picturesque and the setting is peacful. It looks like a scene from a painting or a postcard. It is just outside of town and surrounded by the battlefield and nearby Confederate Ave. and monuments.
