What a fun adventure! We dropped in at the Battlefield Visitor's Center the night before in time to catch a ranger-led overview; very helpful. The next morning we spent in the Gettysburg Museum and consequently were well-primed for the bike tour. Beyond a fun bike...More

Our guide Dean was extraordinary and very knowledgeable. The tour itself was awesome. I do not mind spending extra money for value, however I believe the $72.00 per person charge for this tour on bicycles is ridiculously expensive considering we brought our own bikes and...More

Hello, Thank you for your feedback! I just wanted to explain the pricing. The pricing is set by the guides (Association of Licensed Battlefield Guides) and are enforced by the National Park. The price they get paid is $31.50 per hour up to 6 people,...More

My husband and I spent the day in Gettysburg and knowing how I wanted to get some exercise in during the trip, he booked the 4 hour grand tour. My husband is a history fanatic, and I really didn't think he could learn anything new,...More

Fabulous bike tour round all the battle scenes. Bob adjusted the tour to our (very limited) knowledge of US history, and helped place the importance of the Civil War into a contemporary context. The pace was very leisurely and Bob expertly brought all three days...More

If you have the time I highly recommend the Grand Tour (4 hours over approximately 12 miles). Bob is a retired history teacher making him an excellent guide for this tour. Not only was his depth of knowledge of the 3 day battle impressive, his...More

With topography being such an important element of the battle, a bike tour of Gettysburg is a wonderful way to experience it. Met Bruce, our tour guide at 9 am and took the 4 hr tour. Visited Culps Hill, Seminary Ridge, Confederate and Union lines,...More

The youngest on our tour was 9, and she did really well. They also have a tandem if you're concerned.
