Little Talbot Island State Park in Florida is a beautiful location for a camping trip. You can enjoy nature in a variety of settings (woods, beach, marshlands). It is an excellent location for kayaking. Watch the tide tables though as low tide may make for an arduous trip back to the campground launch site. There is excellent Speckled Sea Trout... More

Other than the necessities to use, road, some covered picnic tables and grills, this is a totally unspoiled great and large beach. The entire coastal island is a park, complete with natural dunes and vegetation. An amazing place for a quiet day at the beach.

This beach is amazing, not only was it practically deserted, but it had some of the best shells I have ever seen. Very nice day spent with the family on this beach. Recommend for all ages, nice bathroom facilities.

Great hiking views of the Ocean. Lots of nature here. Employees very helpful . The campground is primitive and will not handle big rigs , we could not fit plus I did not want to risk scratches.

A nice getaway just east of Huguenot Memorial Park for walking along the beach, camping or fishing. I remember going to Little Talbot as a kid, it was great to just relax and take in the scenery.

Nice & fantastic place to cruise with bike. Except on Little Talbot bike trail inside the camping compound, mosquito bites and neat every where.

Depending on the time of year and day of the week, this is a great get away spot. Beautiful areas to walk and relax while enjoying the beach and water. During the summer, make certain to bring bug repellant and sunscreen.

Camped here in October 2016, arrived on a Thursday and left on a Sunday. This time with a larger trailer in a different spot (#37, close to the boat launch area). Almost had the entire campground to ourselves on Thursday and Friday nights...almost full on Saturday night. Beach was not crowded at all. Mosquitoes were irritating but not intolerable. Tides... Whether you go to relax on the beach, ride your bike on the Timucuan Trail, hike through the woods or to go camping... you won't be disappointed at any of the Talbot Island parks. They are hands-down the most scenic beaches in NE Florida and have great facilities. On Saturdays, they offer Ranger Programs which are great fun for the... More
