Jax Black Car is a Black Car Sedan Service provider for Jacksonville, St. Johns County, Amelia Island, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Ponte Vedra Beach, Sawgrass, Jacksonville Beach and Orange Park. In cooperation with all of the area Luxury Hotels, Downtown Hotels, Southside & St. Johns Town Center Hotels, our drivers are available for point to point trips or can be assigned to transport your guests by the hour. Operating 24 hours per day, we service the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX); Craig Executive Airport (JAXEX); Orlando International Airport (MCO); and the Carnival Cruise Port (JAXPORT). Had a great long weekend at Margaritaville Hotel in Jax Beach. Had a room with partial sea and pier view. Room was spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean.
Had a drink in both bars, which were busy when the weather was good.
Would return and stay there if in the area again.

Only negatives:
Weak water pressure in room, but useable.
Valet parking was $27.00 per night plus tax !!!
But there was plenty of free public parking close by

Lovely hotel
This is a really nice hotel, the bars were great, the food was good. The mango chicken salad is amazing! The rooms are really nice and clean it’s right on the beach and we saw the dolphins on our 6am walk down the pier. A great stop off point when flying into Jacksonville. The staff were lovely & helpful.

I had one of the best experiences at this hotel. Amber was one of the nicest people I've ever encountered! And I travel a lot so I will come back to this hotel great job Amber! Also it was really nice and very clean.

Great hotel with an amazing staff. I stayed for two nights with my family and our dog , and they made us feel welcomed starting from the phone interaction prior to arrival , until check out . They even gave my dog some gifts :) .

The room was clean with sufficient room for a family of 4 and a dog . Bed super comfy and everything else you normally get in standard rooms and more ( steamer , hairdryer , mini fridge , coffee maker , free wifi …

The TV’s are programmed with Netflix /prime , Hulu , so all you have to do is sign in to your streaming accounts to watch your favorite content if you don’t feel like watching regular tv (no need to bring your firestick :)

Room service is upon request, since we had our dog and staying for only 2 nights , didn’t have the need for it, I just asked the housekeeping lady for some fresh towels in the morning but we pretty much kept the room.

Didn’t have a chance to use the pool ,bar of restaurant , however my kids loved shooting pool at the lobby (free).

Few places to eat within walking distance or short drive from the hotel … we enjoyed our Starbucks coffee and breakfast at Another Broken Egg ( try the Floridian Omelette or the chicken and waffles 🤌🏼

This was just s quick trip to visit family members but I will stay there again when I come back next year .

Ride in Style

Selecia was our driver and she was not only a professional, but fun. She picked us up, on time, from my nephew's home in Fleming Island and took us to the Jacksonville airport. The Navigator was immaculate, roomy, comfortable and SAFE. I unfortunately forgot a favorite sweater in her vehicle, which she promptly mailed back to me. I highly recommend Jax Black Car Transportation.

Took Jax Black Car to the port. What a ride. Theresa is the best driver. Safe and efficient. This like being in a major city, comparable to NYC, Chicago, and LA! Definitely worth it!

As a owner of my own limousine company in Kennebunkport, Maine. I googled Jax Limousine service and spoke to Maggie. She was very professional as well as very friendly. John picked me up and transported me to JAX Airport. Clean car. And John was a delightful driver. High marks to a fellow Limousine company!

The best service in Jacksonville

When visiting Jacksonville, Jax Black Car is my number #1 choice - hands down. Tried competitors the first couple of times and they were late, rude or sketchy. The third time was the charm - called Jax Black Car and they were timely, responsive, friendly and informative. It's been over 5 years and they come through every single time.

It's good to know that I can rely on them whenever I'm in Jacksonville. It's one less thing to worry about during a hectic business trip. Thanks Theresa, you're the best!

The cars are clean. The drivers are professionally dressed. They send a text message when they're on the way & they're always on time. My husband & I travel with our jobs & Jax Black Car is the only service we use. And, we're picky!
