We took a tour and our home school group was captivated! Our kids were on the younger side. You will get more out of it older elementary edge and up.

The museum is by appointment only, so we called in advance to set up a time. Nice, self-guided tour through the museum. Lots of interactive exhibits to make it kid friendly. A nice stop if you're looking for a low key activity.

We called the museum before we went just to be on the safe side. The recording gave the address and the hours of operation, but made no mention of the fact that they are ONLY open by appointment!!! I find this completely infuriating and ridiculous....More
