A really peaceful, quiet and serene place to just walk, quietly talk, read or picnic. Go in late April/early May to really see all of the tulips, among a few other flowers, in full bloom.

This is a wonderful place to sit with a friend or loved one and enjoy the beautiful flowers every year

The best to go is when the tulips are in full bloom, probably late April through May. But the gardens are beautiful anytime. Take a stroll and enjoy all of it.

Adding to the lovely flowers are the sweet recorder tunes in the tree. As of May 2, the azaleas and late tulips are still in full bloom

Every year I go and visit this garden. Each year I appreciate it and love photographing all the wonderful tulips and trees. It is a great place to take a lunch or dinner and just enjoy the atmosphere.

Free. Beautiful when in bloom. Fun. Off the beaten path. A must see if you live or visit this city. Easy parking. Great picnic spot.

This is a spot to visit and stroll around in the spring, when the tulips are in bloom. Huge beds of spring bulbs set in the center of this Baltimore neighborhood invites leisurely walks.

There are no official hours as it is a public area. But I would imagine sun up to sun down. I have seen dogs there. But there are no bathrooms (for dogs or people!)
