Spent an afternoon exploring this cemetery within the Historic District of Savannah. Some very, very old markers. Interesting to walk through seeing families from the 1700s. Does not have the statues as does Bonaventure Cemetery, but some very interesting family markers. Spent time here before we went to St John the Baptist Cathedral.

Visited after seeing it on a ghost tour. Very spooky.Love the history behind it. Doesn't have the same hauntingly beautiful effect as Bonaventure though.

This cemetery is very historical and holds many Revolutionary War generals. The gravesites show a diverse range of ages of those that died in the Yellow Fever epidemic that hit Savannah.

If you enjoy historic graveyards this is the place to go. It is a City owned park with an abundance of markers describing some of the lives of those who rest there

Very interesting, especially for history buffs. Lots of markers with information of those buried there and their relationship in the history of that area and era. Easy to walk to and reach. and walk around and free! Accessible as well.

Beautiful and serene to wander around. Take time to notice the various grave sites and the beautiful trees shading the resting souls.

Interesting to walk through and enjoy the view if you are in the area. I wouldn't say it was interesting or pretty enough to purposely make a trip here. But it is in Savannah proper so walkable distance
