I was at this theatre for a presentation during the Savannah Book Festival. The seating was ample and comfortable and the acoustics were good. I applaud Savannah for restoring/keeping their old buildings such as this theatre instead of tearing it down for a new building.

Fantastic! No other word can describe this show. This was our 18th visit to the Theatre and it was nothing short of fantastic. The cast sang the songs they had always wanted to do but never had the chance. The band played numbers they had held out in previous shows. All in all, it was two hours of the finest... More

We love all of the shows at the Savannah Theatre. They have outdid themselves with the Bucket List, Piano Man and Promise--all short runs. I would go back to see them again if we could work it into our schedule.

We were gifted two tickets to the Valentine's show this past weekend. The singers were amazing. I didn't expect such great talent at a small theatre! The food and drinks are reasonably priced around $2 - $2.50 for popcorn and soft drinks. They also have wine by the glass that costs only a bit more. It is cash only. So... More

Wonderful show with pianists playing music from legends such as Elton John, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder and more. The audience gets involved in the singing and we have a wonderful time. Finally a place to go to for entertainment whereas the attire is dinner attire. That's not official but that's the majority. I love it!

Near the end of our Segway tour we came past this theater, adjacent to Chippewa Square, that dates back to 1818 and is well known for being the oldest continually running theater in the US. But through the centuries, it has endured fires and hurricanes, one of which tore off its roof and flooded the building. When I first saw... More

My son had seen Savannah Live last year on a school trip and wanted to go again. It wasn't playing but Piano Men was . It was really good ! My teenagers were bored as the music was older but my mom and I loved it ! The theatre is beautiful and just adds to Savannah's charm .

The show, which has a limited engagement, was excellent. Wonderful music, and the pianists were incredible. Loved the music of Billy Joel, Ray Charles, Elton John, and many more. The singers did a great job. Fun and entertaining.
